From a young age, Kristinn has been driven by curiosity, constantly seeking answers to the big questions surrounding human behavior. What does success mean? What brings true happiness? How can we live our best lives?

The questions are endless, and Kristinn has pursued them through diverse avenues, including filmmaking, theater, philosophy, psychology, restaurant hospitality, and now, holistic lifestyle coaching and personal training. Through his broad range of experiences, Kristinn has gained a unique perspective on the human experience, and he is passionate about sharing his insights to help others live their best lives.

Anna has a strong commitment to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the whole picture when it comes to health – in a holistic manner.

She holds extensive credentials in the field, including certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, personal trainer, Massage Therapist, Chi Nei Tsang Therapist, Yoga teacher and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Additionally, Anna has completed 2 levels in Integreted Movement Science at the Chek Institute.

Functional Medicine is a unique approach to healthcare that aims to identify and address the underlying causes of disease, rather than just treating the symptoms with medication. It recognizes that every individual is unique and therefore requires a personalized approach to their healthcare needs.

She is committed to helping people achieve optimal health and well-being in all aspects of their lives. Her goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their health by addressing not only physical issues, but also mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances.

Her passion is to help individuals achieve a state of true healing and vitality, so that they can live their lives to the fullest.
